We endeavour to take all reasonable care to ensure that the information as provided through our website is accurate and up to date and we cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors, however caused.

Any typing or clerical errors in regards to pricing or offers on our products on the website shall be subject to correction at our discretion.

Lily&Bea reserves the right to modify or withdraw our service at anytime without notice. All information is provided as is.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Direct Credit upon order-If you wish to arrange direct deposit, please email me for details.

Custom Orders

Some of our items are Custom Orders. All orders take up to 4 weeks to be made and then posted. If you do need your item earlier, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if other arrangements can be made.

All Custom Orders must be paid for in full before work will commence. Once payment has been received and cleared work will begin on the garment.

Care & Washing Instructions

We advise that all garments should be hand washed and in cold water. Use of a mild detergent is recommended.

It is recommended that your turn the garment inside out before washing. Gently wring the garment out after washing and always line dry. For colours do not place in full sun.

Lace garments need to be hand washed in cold water and ironed with a pressing cloth to avoid melting the lace.

Silk garments are to be dry cleaned only by commercial methods. Cotton garments can be pressed using a warm iron. If the garment has lace on it it is recommended that you place a pressing cloth over the lace. Failure to do this will result in melted lace on the garment.

It is always advised to follow our recommended guidelines for washing and caring for your garments, this will ensure the longevity of each piece.

Returns & Refunds

Lily&Bea strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality. In the event that the item is faulty or damaged, Lily&Bea will happily exchange or refund your purchase. However, a refund, return or exchange will only be given within 7 days of the original purchase. Please contact us within these 7 days to make arrangements.

The items need to be returned in the original packaging with tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Lily&Bea reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.The return of the goods is to be at your cost- it is recommended you send it in a registered satchel so the item is protected from the weather and is trackable. If you are exchanging your item for another, we are happy to pay postage back to you.

We have tried to provide sizing and guides where possible. If you are unsure at all to whether an item may fit, please contact us and we will happily provide more details measurements to ensure you make the right choice. No refunds will be given for purchasing and incorrect size.

As many of our garments are one off designs, it may not be possible to exchange your item with an exact replacement. If this happens, we are happy to refund your money or provide you with an item of the same value.

Items purchased on sale will be issued with a store credit, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note: Lily&Bea does not exchange or refund due to change of mind on Laybys, Pre-Orders or Custom orders. All refunds and exchanges are at our discretion in accordance with ACCC guidelines.

We make every effort to ensure our products are perfect and without any faults. If you do happen to find a fault please feel free to contact us and we will be only too happy to help.

Safety

All our items are carefully inspected after completion to ensure no pins are left behind, we ensure all snaps and buttons are on securely and are not used for decorative purposes. Our decor items ie teapots, angels ect are not for play use and are designed to be keepsakes or hung out of reach of children as there are small parts which can be a choking hazard under 3yrs of age.

In regards to ties, which would be on rompers, dresses and bonnets etc, Please ensure that all products are used safely and in accordance with their designed function.

Rompers have tabs at the back that are designed to keep ties out of child's reach, these can be a choking hazard if used incorrectly. Never use ties as a halter neck tie on children under 3, our ties are designed to be used in conjunction with the tabs at the backs of our rompers. We put safety and your children’s welfare and wellbeing first.

We also advise that children are to be supervised when wearing garments with ties for their own safety. It is also advised that all garments are regularly checked for any wear and tear on buttons and snaps as these can be a choking hazard in child under 3 should they come loose after time.

All headbands and hairpieces are to be used under adult supervision. Due to small parts that can be put in children's mouths it is recommended to keep these items out of reach of children at all times.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Australia Post mail service.

We endeavour to package and send orders that are currently in stock within 24-48hrs of payment received/cleared (business days). If for some reason this is not possible you shall be contacted.

Signature on delivery is available and is recommended, please enquire at time of purchase for a quote on cost.

We cannot be responsible for missing packages that are sent without signature on delivery or for shipping times once it has left our premises. Nor loss or damage incurred. But we will endeavour to follow any package to the best of our ability should it go astray.

As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note- Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at Australia Post locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.

AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE

Delivery to all area in Australia is within 2-5 days. These delivery times are an estimate only.

Currently shipping is a flat rate starting from $8.95 Australia wide dependant on garment weight and dimensions of package

Optional postage upgrade to express post is available dependant on garment weight and dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We do ship worldwide, please contact us for information and quotes to your destination.
